The practical part of the thesis is an intimate and inner parent album, which is based on illustration of spoken word. It replaces the ordinary photo album, which is for a long time a social necessity of every young mother. During interviews with close friends of the author were created drawings that captures photographically „uncapturable“. They expressively displays completely new experience, which the mother has to go through for the very first time - mood swings, strange tastes, childbirth, but also the moment of conception. Work replaces the mentioned photo album and was formed as a family heirloom. Therefore, considerable attention has been paid to the external processing of the album.

The topic of Sleeping Beauty rendered by elementary school children
NESIBOVÁ, Kateřina
This bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The practical part of the work which is conceived as a case study, aims on gaining an insight into how children of different age groups portray the fairytale story of Sleeping Beauty. The main focus is put on characteristics the children's art pieces have. The work aims to capture the interpretive potential of this topic in projective-interventional art therapy with children. The thesis deals with children's renditions of the fairytale Sleeping Beauty in its core part. The works of art were created by children from a smaller elementary school in art education class. Children's pictures are examined from the point of view of selected formal aspects, the greatest emphasis is placed on the depicted stages of the story and the characters associated with them. Short interviews were also held with some of the authors, and these are used as an additional data collection method. The research part is preceded by a theoretical part, in which one whole chapter is dedicated to the fairy tale Sleeping Beauty - the plot of the most widespread variants of the story is presented and these variants are also compared with one another. This chapter also tries to analyze and interpret the individual symbols contained in the fairy tale. The next chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to fairy tales in general, especially to their importance in people's lives, and especially in the children's lives. The theoretical part of the work also anchors important concepts related to art therapy, which is presented as a discipline that works with the artistic expression of a person in a specific way. Morever, the theoretival part also deals with the specifics of adolescence, especially from the point of view of developmental psychology and from the point of view of contemporary pediatrics. In the last part of the thesis, possibilities for pedagogical usage of various children's renditions of the fairy tale Sleeping Beauty in real work with primary school pupils are suggested.

Křížová, Věra ; Vančata, Václav (advisor) ; Ehler, Edvard (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of psychomotor development in middle and late childhood, school maturity, its aspects and methods of testing. A total of five aims are set and six hypotheses are assigned to them. Two aims determine how much experience, training and home preparation influence the results of school maturity tests, which are based on the evaluation of individual aspects of psychomotor development. Furthermore, the aim is to find out whether psychomotor development occurs uniformly in all its areas and whether the factor of body height is related to the level of development. The last two goals are tied directly to the tested group, which consists of children aged 6-8 years living in the district of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. It is determined whether these children are mature enough to enter the 1st grades of primary school and whether there is any connection between the parents' decision to postpone their children's entry into primary school and their results in school maturity tests. To meet these goals, a cross-sectional study is used, which consists of two components. Face-to-face testing of children aged 6-8 years in the facilities of a kindergarten in the period April and May 2023, when these children participate in three school maturity tests (each based on monitoring a...

Sharenting as a form of communication on social networks
Bláhová, Noemi ; Švelch, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Vochocová, Lenka (referee)
The thesis deals with sharenting, i.e. the oversharing of information about children online by their own parents. The thesis itself then looks at what this content captures, who it is primarily aimed at and what parents are trying to communicate by sharing it. The theoretical part of the thesis elaborates the notion of representation and self-presentation. Subsequently, the concept of childhood itself and how it is represented in different types of media is discussed. In the second part of the theory, the concept of sharenting itself is anchored and its characteristics and possible downsides are presented. The practical part of the thesis was conducted on the basis of qualitative research, specifically through the analysis of selected articles and thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews with ten respondents. The results of the research find that the participating parents communicate mainly positive content on their social networks through sharenting content, as well as authentic moments from their lives. They also try to present their children in a similar and responsible way. In terms of their own self-presentation, respondents tend to present themselves subconsciously rather than directly. Although the findings are not generalisable to the population as a whole, they offer interesting...
The Change of Social Position of Child in Society from the Modern Period to the Present
BEZAČINSKÁ, Lucie
In my bachelor's thesis I will deal with the transformation of the child's social status in society from the modern period to the present. Important sub-topics here are family, upbringing, school attendance and education, social work with the child and the rights of the child. The work raises the question of the influence of contemporary conditions on the position of the child and observes how over the last few centuries there has been a growing systemic interest in issues related to children and childhood as a distinctive period of human life. The historical point of view makes it possible to capture not only the gradual change in the child's position in society, but also to map its causal circumstances, in which the role of religion, the influence of science and contemporary authorities or the power of folk traditions and customs participate. In this context, social work with children and the issue of children's rights are addressed.
